I started DNA fitness as I had been attending physio with a rotator cuff injury and had little or no strength in it. Ash and Doug have adapted training sessions to suite, gave me stretches and exercises to do at home, I am now pain free and feel myself getting stronger. Every group sessions is different which means you are never bored. It’s hard work but with Ash and Doug giving you at times some much needed encouragement and always making sure we are using the correct technique you are guaranteed a great workout with a lovely bunch of people. I have went from doing nothing to loving my workouts and only regretting the ones I miss. A huge thank you goes to Ash and Doug and I am looking forward to the year ahead with DNA fitness.
