We try to keep our group sessions fun, challenging, functional and different by running a range of different styles such as;
*CIRCUIT SESSION: Our sessions are predominately circuit based training style where we incorporate functional movements that will assist in your every day life.
*BEGINNERS SESSION: These 9.30am sessions are suited for anyone that is just starting off and would like to learn the basic functional movements and get moving again. Mums with kids are welcome, prams are welcome but we also have a playpen and toys to keep them occupied. Please note; These classes are separate to our monthly member packages.
*BOXING SESSION: This session involves a number of boxing drills and if you could please bring boxing inners and gloves/pads if you have any.
*OUTDOOR SESSION: Location to be advised a week in advance. This session will range from bootcamp style, interval training, a long distance run or sprint training.
*JUST BECORE SESSION: This session will be focused on improving your core strength. Some of these muscles include the transversus abdominis (TVA), the muscles of the pelvic floor, the lats and the obliques, just to name a few. These muscles are where movement originates and it’s also the source of our stability. Whether you’re running, lifting weights or picking up your toddler, these ‘core’ muscles help keep your body stable and balanced.
*ALL LEGS SESSION: This session will predominately be focusing on the lower body. Ranging from plyometric training through to static holds and whatever it is; will burn but be worth it. So let’s start toning and shaping those legs and buttocks.
*TECHNIQUE SESSION: This session is open for you to come in and work on whatever you like; ranging from lifting or pull ups. There will be no workout programmed so you can use this as a stretch, recovery or just focus on improving your form. The trainer will be around to assist and give you a few queue’s to improve on your skills.
